This is being posted for the forum members over at Doc's Rock Band Mods. A basic 8th note rock beat for 3 measures and a 1 measure fill that contains flams on the snare, 8th notes on the kick, and 16th notes on the toms. http://www.docsrockbandmods.net/ Namike recently started drum lessons and this was his assignment this week. Some members of the forum wanted to see/hear it played, so I recorded it last night. This video was mostly an experiment to see how my new drum mics and mixer setup would sound. All I used in this one was 2 kick mics and 1 condenser overhead mic. This is a Pearl Session Studio Birch drum set with Pearl Eliminator pedals and Sabian AA & AAX cymbals.
