Hey all Im thinking of getting this set, anyone have any opinions about it? Is it worth the $1500 or is there something better. thanks

Hi,
Sorry if I'm too late in replying to this one. I'd agree with the guys on the Roland. I considered the DTXpress IV special kit and played it a few times in Guitar Center, but when I played the TD9 I knew it was the one for me. Haven't regretted a single penny.
It's a little bit more, but I'd say it's worth it.
Just my thoughts.

Get a Roland, you'll love it!

The only thing I find good enough or better, is any one of the Roland V-drum kits. The new TD-9 is a great kit with many options and features.
