Does anyone know any data or info on the company which manufactures "Gammon" drums?? I strongly suspect a foreign company. These are sold by Musicians Discount Warehouse, out of Chicago, apparently as the exclusive distributor.
I've picked up an 8x7 Tom I'd like to add to my kit, but I want the wrap to match, so I've been trying to locate the manufacturer, so I could buy some wrap. Multiple emails & phone msgs to MDW get no response, so they apparently can't - or won't - offer any assistance. So I guess that leaves me with going directly to the manufacturer ... if only I could find them!
I've tried loads of the wrap-sellers out there, and none of their samples match. So, I think I'm locked down to the manufacturer, if I could find them.
Anyone got any info on these?
