Thanks Billy for this lesson. It's helping with alot of things: paradiddles, reverse paradiddles, ghost notes...etc.
The band I play with has mentioned doing the song or jamming on the groove of Paul Simon's "Late In the Evening", I love how this can go in and out of the Mozambque (spelling).
I was having trouble transitioning in and out of the mozambque groove that Steve Gadd teaches. This lesson has improved my overall playing, cool!
I even started doing the RLL 16ths strait though the 4 bars till you get back to where it starts again one the 5th bar.
