I worked through part 1 and now I am working on part 2.
High-Hat on the 2 and 4 is easy... 1 and 3 is tricky as you said.
I am starting get to used to playing heal up on the high hat, but I am having a harder time playing heal up on the bass drum.

Thanks Eddie...don't shy away from trying heel down with the bass drum. Many drummers have gotten great power using this technique. Thanks again for your feedback on my lessons!!
