Billy, I first this lesson a while back, and have watched again several times. Each time I watch it I get learn something. (Maybe I am a slow learner ;-) )
I play mostly with my wrists so lately I am trying to get some arm into my strokes.
I sometimes practice my doubles as a 'down stroke' followed by an 'up stroke' and harder for me the reverse.
cheers, eddie

Billy, great explanation. As always you really know how to break it down. I dig the closeup shots.
It's also amazing to see how much control you display with your wrists and forearms. Your arms aren't moving at all, but the entire action is generated from the fingers and controlling the bounce. Well done!
