I just discovered Drummer Connection tonight, and I'm already hooked. I was actually looking online to sign up for an EVOC course through the fire academy and noticed they redid their website. The website was so bad ass that I clicked on the link for the web designer and in their portfolio they had drummer connection, so I took care of my business before I got even further distracted, and it's a good thing to, because I've been on DC ever since!

Started my profile up and added two tracks, got my "about me" taken care of, my kit description in my signature and now I'm just trying to figure out the rest of this site... it almost seems like there is a little too much going on. The message board, blog, guestbook, comment for this, comment for that, it's a little hard to follow at times.

I'm supposing the guestbook is supposed to be like a "wall" similar to facebook or myspace?

My biggest issue is that replies on the board get posted up top and it pushes all replies preceeding it down. This is really confusing because every other board I've been on the comments are in order from first to last (top to bottom), which is easier to follow.

Other than that and all the lag issues I'm having (probably mostly my issue because my computer sucks), the site is great and I'm stoked to have a forum to share a passion for drumming. I hope this site gets a spot in Modern Drummer magazine if it hasn't already!

One of them is a endorsed drummer with a company.

haha, instant bond, tell him "watched forums" should be under the "my stuff" also! instead of having to track it back through "edit my profile"
