This is an exercise utilizing the Bossa/Samba foot pattern whilst playing 8ths, 16ths, and 32nds around the kit. This will help with independence whilst playing the bossa/samba and also will make it easier to move around the kit whilst doing the bossa/samba. I do want to note you can spread this freely but if you publish it I would like to be asked first so I can be given proper credit. Hopefully this helps someone out! Thanks to Mr. Dick Demers from Maine for inspiring this example.
