If you're a musician and rely on iMovie on Mac OSX systems to edit and share your videos, then iMovie 11 has just rolled out with a new set of features that are the golden ticket to this release. iMovie has always lacked Audio EQ settings and has always sent me back to mixing / mastering Audio even for the slightest EQ issues I've heard in post audio. With the release of iLife 11 this past month, the new features that have made this release worthy of the upgrade is the Audio EQ. Simply click on your clip and go into the Inspector tab and you can now EQ your audio and make it sound much better without the hassle.

Notice the nice EQ settings? What about the "Reduce Background Noise" This is great stuff and excellent features we have found in iMovie 11.
There are several presets available which automatically enhance the sound of your video. Great Video with bad audio will make or break your video. Take it seriously and upgrade your iMovie!

Another noteworthy mention is the iMovie Faces - only problem is that it takes forever to scan a video. A 15 Minute clip would take approximately 1 hour to scan - a feature I don't have time to mess with.
The Trailer feature is pretty cool as well, however the word "iMovie" is branded in several places you cannot remove and that to me would prevent me from uploading a video with it... I just don't want to see "Apple" or "iMovie" listed in my videos... same goes for iDVD - their Apple Logo branding is enough to deter anyone from using it for a serious production.

Is there no way to avoid the iMovie water marking? Or is it in every single video all the time? Or is it only on the Trailer mode?
