Metal Bucket or real instrument?

BRUCEGUNN - Wed, 02/16/2011 - 17:33 | 749 views

Okay so I was watching a video the other day and drummer Wally Ingram was beating on this bucket thing he had on a stand. My question is: Is it just a bucket he found and added to his set or is this an actual percussive instrument. You can see the video here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5XwpafmmRX8 His solo starts around the 4:30 mark. Let me know what you think.

Hey just saw the clip your writing about. I think that it is a bucket used to chill a bottle of wine in.It actually sounds good within context to the solo.

That's kind of what I was thinking. Has a good sound too.
