i recently got my pearl double pedal and ive been trying to find a comfortable way to have it on but not have the high hat like 2 feet away from the snare
my highhat is a 3 legged stand and ive tryed putting one leg over the left pedal but it ends up hitting the pedal

PDP 2 LEG STAND. CHEAP AND ROAD WORTHY. BUT IF YOU NEED SOMETHING NOW, THE GUYS ADVICE BELOW TO MOVE HAT A BIT FARTHER FORWARD AND PEDAL SLID IN UNDERNEATH HAT LEG DOES WORK. HAVE PLAYED LIKE THAT AND MY STUDENTS KIT IN STUDIO IS SET UP LIKE THAT STILL.

i had the same issue. just put the hi-hat pedal next to the left side bass pedal and move it a little bit forward. the right leg of the hi-hat stand will be just in front of the bass pedal chain (just be careful not the let them touch).

Get on a site where there are lot's of pics of double bass setups. Use those setups to help place your kick pedal. It seems like the base of snare stand and hi-hat stand need to be rotated till the pedal has room between the two.
