you know the genre has turned alot more technical now and i have students requesting tips on following guitarists chug. i dont mean blastbeat crap, i mean the whole rest of the metal world following the chug patterns like lamb of god, august burns red, and whatever. the paterns change often like choped 16ths/32nds and triplets thrown in as well. those 2 bands take it to another level so it would be the best to research A.B.R. or lamb of god to understand. again, im not much into blastbeats at all, but the rest of the songs are fun and chalenging.

I made a request in the wrong forum (lesson requests) for some heavier stuff too, but now I see there's already one here, so I second this notion.
