Hey Zenith - that's a little too close to copyright for our website buddy.. I had to take that one down. Remember when Lars attacked Napster? Would you want to see the same happen to us and get taken down permanently?

my tracks are "analoge loophole"
for more info see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Analog_hole
all i know is that my recorded track are copyright free acording to the wiki page above
The analog hole (also known as the analog loophole) is a fundamental and inevitable vulnerability in copy protection schemes for noninteractive works in digital formats which can be exploited to duplicate copy-protected works that are ultimately reproduced using analog means. Once digital information is converted to a human-perceptible (analog) form, it is a relatively simple matter to digitally recapture that analog reproduction in an unrestricted form, thereby fundamentally circumventing any and all restrictions placed on copyrighted digitally-distributed work
but yeah sure if u need to take down files thats ok with me

Hey, thanks for the schooling. I'm just saying, do you want to go to court to represent us on your dime should some asshole get greedy? There's plenty of that going on worldwide, I'd rather play it safe. It's nothing against you, the track sounded awesome, I just don't want to deal with the legal bull involved in accusations, claims, etc. Let's just play it safe and keep this place fun and peaceful! Thanks man, please keep on participating!

Yeah... Loopholes are great and all but... If someone with a WHOLE lot more money than you wanted to make a big enough fuss and win well he would uh... win... money unfortunately speaks way to loudly in the legal field. You seem to be pretty tech savvy... Im sure you can find a more concretely legit manner...
