Adjusting TAMA HH805 hi-hat

Joseph Cirillo - Tue, 09/22/2009 - 22:18 | 7,957 views

I'm trying to find out if you can adjust the foot pedal height on a TAMA HH805 hi-hat. My pedal hits the base and makes noise. I know I can raise the cymbals but then it's an uncomfortable playing height for me.

I do not own Tamma but I have owned a few different Hi-Hats and they all adjust about the same...raising the Cymbals even an Inch should give you clearance...Now my DW Hi-Hats have a adjustment at the bottom for the chain..hope this helps..RockSteady
