As of 3/27/08 drumming sensation John Blackwell has made the switch and will now be endorsing Zildjian cymbals. John, having played with such talents as Prince and Justin Timberlake,had this to say about being welcomed into the Zildjian family as one of their newest artists."I've always loved Zildjians - my dad always played A Zildjians, so I grew up playing them. After hearing the crispness of the Hybrids and other lines like K Constantinople and the Armand Series, I was hooked. And the people at Zildjian are like family."

John will be giving his first clinic as a Zildjian artist Thursday, March 27th at Daddy's Junky Music in Boston.If you also live in the Tampa,FL area John is still offering private lessons at Seminole Music and Sound.You can find both store listings HERE under our Drummer Info/ Drum Store tab at the top of the page.
