Vic Firth 40 Essential Rudiments Page

Is my favorite site when I want to brush up on my rudiments. They even have quicktime finale snare drum parts that play the written rudiment!

The Vic Firth site is great. And their educational section is probably the best out there.

I like Dom Famularo's video lessons. He's a hoot.

Yes, they've done a good job of pulling together top players to demonstrate the basics. The examples are clear, easy to follow. Well done.

Dom's lessons are awesome! He was the first person to draw my attention to cyber lessons. We covered a couple of his clinics this year when he came to Florida, great guy to meet. Real genuine soul and he really listens to you versus humoring people and taking off. I have the Vic Firth rudiment poster hanging up in my office as a constant reminder that I NEED to practice these....finding the time is the problem.
