Thanks! I wanted to take the "less is more" approach this time. I tried to ONLY groove for the first 1 1/2 min. Then I goofed off for about 30 sec. and then went right back into a groove....eventually going into a 1/2 time feel....that was for you Cash :)

dude this was hot! Thanks for the little 1/2 time groove! That happens to be one of my favorite variations to play. I personally caught on to that from a song by the Ohio Players called " Who'd She Coo ". Don't ask me what it means but the song has some funky 1/2 time stuff in it. Sounds great dude, you know how I feel about your playing.

Thanks Cash!! Yeah, I love the 1/2 time thing myself!! You're right, I do remember the Ohio Players doing the 1/2 time thing a lot. It's funny, I never really got what was happening as a kid hearing this. I just knew it sounded real funky!
