Usually the problems with tour cancellations involve the lead singer. Typically between the sex, drugs, and rock n roll something always goes down with at least one of the band members, especially when you have as many members as Slipknot. But accidents do happen and Joey Jordinson is no exception to the rule. Sources claim recently that the drumming mega star has suffered a broken ankle which has caused Slipknot to cancel their current tour.
Although this is not the actual picture...this is the official statement taken from http://www.slipknot1.com/site
I know this is hard to accept but it's not easy finding a last minute replacement for someone like Joey. Let's just wish him a speedy recovery and hope the guys can get the show back on the road.

Indeed, I couldn't see any reason why anyone wouldn't love the Kelly Shu system. It looks pretty sweet, can't wait to get my hands on one. As well, it would be nice to see Slipknot back on tour, I hope Joey recovers quickly!

That's too bad. Joey is a great player and I'm sure all his fans will be quite disappointed. We got a call from Slipknot's FOH Engineer "Shirt" a few weeks back. He was asking about our Kelly SHU mounts. We sent a pair out to him and he reports that Joey has been using The Kelly SHU for a few weeks now. Word from the tour is that Joey and the whole sound team just love the Kelly SHU system! We hope to catch a show once he's back on his feet in the USA.
