For those of you who didn't make it to the Silver Spurs Arena last week you definitely missed out! The FFCC concluded it's marching season at the Percussion Circuit Championships. High Schools across the state of Florida along with several independent ensembles were in attendance to display their amazing talents. It was a surreal moment as all of the competing schools assembled on the main floor for the final award ceremony. You could just feel the comradery as friends and rivals alike shared for some what would be their last perfomance together before going their seperate ways to persue other musical endeavors. People smiled, joked, and even danced as others were already making plans for next season. With all of the fakeness that surrounds the music industry today it was good to come out and see the work ethic of TRUE musicians: people who give it their all for the love of music!
