Hello! Does anyone here likes the drumming technique of Dave Weckl? For me, it awesome. For me he's a sort of a different way of drumming. I can rate him 10/10. How about you guys?

Hey all!  I'm a 37 y/o drummer, near Seattle.  I have a history playing Snare & Bass with multiple marching programs including Snohomish High (state champs '89 & '91) and I marched with the Seattle Cascades (DCI).  I played kit for the local bands Paradox and Sandoval through the 90's. 

I had my first child in 2000 and I've taken time off of playing, but now I'm back.  I'll start by purchasing a snare.  Sit and work on my rudiments for a while and slowly add to my kit.  I recently been hired by Boeing to help with line assembly, I am now a proud union member!

I really look forward to playing again.  It's something that has been missing in my life.  And I hope this site can help.
