Man ive heard a few guys have this problem, but I've never had an issue, Ive been playing only Emads since '04.

pretty much. I agree something should be done. All 3 EMAD heads I have bought have done the same lame disappointing breaking before the head even goes bad. I'm looking to switch to remo powerstroke 3's just to have something solid
