Established in 1992 Progressive Music Center offers quality private & group lessons for guitar, drum/percussion, bass guitar, piano and vocal. In 1994 Progressive was one of the first in the nation to start the "Rock School" format where we place our students into bands that perform and play on our in-house stage and around venues in NC. Our MusicTech summer camps sell out year after year and we offer clinics, master classes and workshops with some of the greatest names in music throughout the year. Progressive Music Center has been featured in Entrepreneur magazine, Drum Business, Music Trades and featured on the cover of Music Inc. magazine. Now with two Triangle locations (Wake Forest & Briar Creek) Progressive continues to offer our students quality lessons with professional, degreed teachers. Our retail shops stock Pacific/DW, Taye, Premier and a selection of used drum sets plus Sabian, Meinl cymbals and percussion, Dream cymbals and tons of sticks and accessories.
