Hi drummers,
I'm looking forward to finding my way around here and meeting you all. I'm always looking for new things to work on during practice time. I'll be stealing all the tips, tricks and advice I can from you advanced and beginners alike.
I just got here and will get a profile going shortly. I would consider myself an advanced beginner. I have yet to solo with either of the two bands I play with, (gotta get the chops happening). I know solo's don't play the song but I, (like most regular folks) can appreciate a tasty foot tapp'n drum solo. At the moment my limited practice time is spent working on the 'meat and potatoes' of drumming:playing in time with dynamics and supporting the group.
