Firefox 3 Web Browser - Recommended

I'm a bit of a web geek, been doing this for quite awhile. The one thing I know is that Internet Explorer SUCKS and should not be used for anything. I don't care how many people like this statement or not, but if you're not using Firefox, then you shouldn't be on the web. Safari is my next best recommendation for a web browser, if you're on Mac.

Firefox 3 has been released and I've been testing it like mad on the website. I use it along with some other tools to develop features for this site, so I usually do things by strict standards and it makes things function properly. It's those browsers that don't comply with standards such as Internet Explorer (IE) and etc that cause the web to be limited with functionality.

Now that I've ranted that off, I hope you take my recommendation and ditch your old browser and try out Firefox:

Yeah I use it on any computer I use that has it. I use it here at work, and I also use it at home now!

a buddy of mine brought me into the firefox world and I have loved it... I went to FF2 but have been waiting on FF3 until I had heard some more reviews... so far I have heard good things... I will be upgrading soon...

You can also zoom by Ctrl + the scroll wheel on your mouse (if you have one). I switched to the newest FireFox as soon as it was released and am quite pleased with it. You are correct - IE is crap.

Thanks for the report Dave! I work very hard at my web development skills to keep everything cross browser compliant so that the site always looks good. The Zoom feature (CTR + or -) in the new Firefox is so nice.
