Hi all,
Well after many many years of playing and recording, Its time for me to spice up things a bit.
I'm a left hander playing on a right handed kit, which is no big deal for most things, my fills are all led by my left hand, so I always end up 'backwards' at the end of the fill, so my return to the beat pattern is compromised a bit. (the most akward is doing a break on the floor tom, I always have to cross over my left hand over the right, and it bobbles everything. Plus many other issues)
Are there some exercises to become more fluid on the kit and leading with the right hand, which for me is the 'weak' hand?

Hey Gio,
I had a sluggish left hand for a long time till I REALLY started to work on it. It took consistent practice with a focus on getting that hand up to speed. Going through various rudiments LEADING with your weak hand is a great start. It feels uncomfortable at first, but anything you need to work on should. I also did singles, doubles, and Moeller style triplets with my left hand for long periods to build speed, strength, and endurance.
