Hello all!
I hope that everything is good in your respective worlds. I am getting into the busy time of the year - no more waking up at 6 am, getting kids to school, picking them up, etc., etc.! Getting back to playing some drums!
We just finished up a DVD/TV special for Blake Shelton http://www.blakeshelton.com/(the guy I work for) and I'm looking forward to a busy summer.
As far as RoadDawg goes, I am waiting for approval on the Al Wilson/Jimmy Clark (Taylor Swift) interviews and will be moving on to Cory Procter. Not only is Cory the drummer for the metal band, Free Reign http://en-gb.facebook.com/FreeReignBand, but he is also an offensive lineman in the NFL.
As far as the lunch thing, I would like to have a "drummers lunch" in whatever town that I am in this year. Here is my touring schedule. If I am in your town, send me an email and we will work out the details. Let's talk drums, sticks, cymbals, touring, RoadDawg Online and all things drumming (or whatever). It will be a totally open, drummer's hang over lunch. I might even be able to sneak you guys into soundcheck! This will be an awesome opportunity to just chew the fat. I am really excited about this and look forward to it! It's not a clinic, just lunch!
