Glad to see you posted a pic. I mentioned that its taken about one year to get the sound on my setup dialed in, and Im still trying new settings. Well it has also taken a year to get enough of my groove back to post my first play along. I think you will find, as I did, your thinking and reflexes will improve faster with each practice. Keep us posted... Bobby

Congratulations! I'm sure you are going to SO dig them. If you havent already considered this, I would suggest a good set of headphones with fully enclosed cups (or equivalent ear buds). Im very happy with the Extreme Isolation-25's. They were reasonably priced, they're comfortable, have awesome fidelity, and they do good job of killing the ambient sound of hitting the pads which can be distracting. I would STRONGLY recommend you keep the owner documentation out so you can read it little by little to become aware of all customizing options available to you. With all the parameters and controls available, its taken me about a year to get mine dialed in to the sound I want. The stock pad assignments are good, but your own will be much better. Have fun!.. Bobby
