What's your Favorite Drum Method Book?

Derek DeVelopapp - Wed, 02/17/2010 - 15:40 | 6,180 views

Anyone have a favorite Drum Method book for learning how to play? Stick Control is an incredible book, so is Jim Chapin’s Advanced Techniques for the Modern Drummer.  Anyone got any additional books to add?

Don't feel bad cowboy..I remember starting off only having 26 rudiments also..:lol
Both those books are great..I picked up this year Mastering the Tables of Time by David Stanoch..
2009 Modern Drummers readers poll winner..and it is very good..

My only recollection as a youngster was having a poster with 26 rudiments. Now that number has gone up to 40!
