Justin Covert is an accomplished percussionist and founder of The Kenya Percussion Project. Started in January 2008, their mission has been to provide musical instruments and instruction to the various areas of Africa. Last year Justin travelled to the rural Kasigau villages in Tsavo, where he spent 2 weeks to educating and introducing his approach to marching percussion and the culture of DCI.
